Big News from Sidewalk Warriors Troy
NEW SIGNUP PROCESS BEGINNING JANUARY 2026
Hello friends!
Starting with our January 15th distribution, you will be required to have an account to sign up for a
number at our distribution each week.
To create an account, go to swtsignup.com any time after January 10th at 10 am and use the link to
create an account. Fill out the required information and submit the form. Try not to lose your
username and password! If you do, there is a help page where you can reset your password.
Each week on Tuesday at 6 pm, you will be able to log in to your account at swtsignup.com. Your
personal information will be already filled out. There will be a few checkboxes you need to complete
before you can submit the form and get your number.
These changes will allow us to keep track of everyone who has shown us their proof of residence and
public assistance. You will only need to show us this information every 6 months.
You still will need to bring your photo ID each week. Photos of your ID on your phone are acceptable!

WHY ARE WE CHANGING?
We love helping our neighbors, but we need to make changes to keep going. We don’t have enough food, money, or volunteers to help an unlimited number of friends, and there are food pantries and resources in other cities/towns that are available.
NEED HELP OR HAVE QUESTIONS?
Come talk to us! We will answer questions and help you understand the new rules.
To find food assistance near you, see this Food Connect Map.
THANK YOU for being part of our community.
We care about you, and we are here to help you find help, even if it’s not through us.
